1When and where can I use my Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
You can use your Sizzlin' Summer Pass June 15 through September 15. Monday- Friday from open to 5 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday from open to noon. You can use your pass at both Brantford and Kitchener locations.
2What does my Sizzlin' Summer Pass Include?
Daily 2-hour game play sessions during Sizzlin' Summer Pass days and hours - three full months of non-stop swings, laughs, and memories in the making. Plus, enjoy 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages during each visit.
3If I bring family or friends who haven’t been to Players before, will they have to pay?
They will need to pay a $5 Lifetime Membership upon their first visit. Don’t forget you can bring different guests with you each visit!
4Does the passholder need to come for Sizzlin' Summer Pass visits?
Yes, the passholder must be present at every visit. The pass is non-transferrable. The passholder can bring up to 5 guests during each visit.
5What if I have more than 6 people in my group, but only 6 people are playing?
Each bay comfortably accommodates 6 Players, with one hitting on the mat and 5 seats. Up to 6 Players can play in your bay at any given time. The passholder will need to be one of the Players during the 2-hour game play session.
6Can I bring my own food?
Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, speak to our events host about any specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
7How old do I need to be to get a Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
Anyone 18+ can purchase a Sizzlin' Summer Pass or have a Sizzlin' Summer Pass membership associated with their account.
8Any age restrictions?
Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a guest 19+ at all times.
9Can I use multiple bays during a Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
The pass includes access to a single bay.
10Can I pick the bay I want with the Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
Bays are assigned on a first come, first served basis—but don’t worry, every bay is top-tier, so you’re guaranteed a great time no matter where you land!
11Can I make a reservation and use my Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
Sizzlin' Summer Pass bays are available for walk-in play. Reservations not available for Sizzlin' Summer Pass holders.
12What payment types are accepted for Sizzlin' Summer Pass?
You can purchase online here or at location via credit card. To pay with Cash or a Players Gift Card, purchase at location.
13Is the Sizzlin' Summer Pass refundable?
The Sizzlin' Summer Pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
14Can I purchase a Summer Fun Pass for someone else?
Absolutely! To purchase as a gift, purchase online above and enter the Passholders Information (who you want to gift it to) at checkout. Forward your confirmation email to the person you’re gifting the pass to and tell them to simply show it to our team at the front desk in venue the first time they visit. Our team will confirm the purchase and create their Sizzlin' Summer Pass Membership.
15What happens if part of my game play is outside of Sizzlin' Summer Pass hours?
If your Sizzlin' Summer Pass session starts during Sizzlin' Summer Pass hours but finishes outside of those hours, you will be charged the current play rate for any time outside of designated hours.
16I purchased online as a gift, but the Passholder Information isn’t showing in my confirmation email. Help!
Not to worry! The pass you purchased will be on a list containing both the purchaser and passholders information. Forward your confirmation email to the person you’re gifting the pass to and tell them to simply show it to our team at the front desk the first time they visit.
17How do I get my Sizzlin' Summer Pass Membership if I purchased online?
The first time you visit, show your confirmation email to our staff at the front desk to claim it. Our staff will confirm the purchase and create your Sizzlin' Summer Pass Membership for you.

Sizzlin' Summer Passes are on sale starting 06/15/2025. Sizzlin' Summer Pass includes unlimited 2-hour game play sessions valid 06/15/2025 – 09/15/2025 on weekdays until 5:00pm and weekends until 12:00pm (“Sizzlin' Summer Pass Hours”). Sizzlin' Summer Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Game play is for up to six (6) people in one (1) bay. Valid for walk-in. Not valid with reservations. Purchaser of Sizzlin' Summer Pass must be present at all times to use the pass. Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 19+ at all times. Sizzlin' Summer Pass Purchasers can enjoy 10% off Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages purchased at the bay during Sizzlin' Summer Pass Hours. Valid at Brantford and Kitchener locations.
