Golf Simulators

• Rates shown are per half-hour but a minimum 1 hour booking is required.
• Full Swing Games are available on Bay 1 and in the VIP Suite.
• FS Compete is available in the VIP Suite & Bay 1. To use FS Compete, set up your profile here.
• You have the flexibility to select your preferred bay at the time of booking. However, Players reserves the right to relocate any bay booking to optimize our tee sheet availability and accommodate other customer bookings.
• Golfers will need to vacate their bay 5 minutes prior to the end of their booking to ensure staff can prepare the bay for the next group.

Formula 1 Simulators

• Valid driver's license required. 
• F1 simulator seats are built to the same dimensions as F1 racing car seats.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking to complete your orientation and briefing.
• Our F1 simulators cater to a multitude of skill levels using personalized race settings. 
• Race laps take approximately 2 minutes to complete and each race is 4 laps.
• Simulators are not suitable for pregnant guests due to the technology in use.

Facility Policies

• Be aware that, in compliance with health regulations and AGCO guidelines, absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed in our facility.
• Cancellation: Players upholds a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations may be cancelled at no charge if done more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled simulator time. Cancellations within the first 24 hours of booking can be completed directly through the online portal. After that period, please contact us by phone or visit in person to cancel your reservation.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reserved tee time and fail to notify us in advance, your account will be temporarily locked. This means you will no longer be able to make online bookings and will need to call or visit in person to reserve future simulator times.
• By submitting your reservation you confirm that all the booking details are correct and agree to accept responsibility for the full payment of all hour(s) booked. 
• Guests must be 16 years of age or older during daytime hours (opening to 6:00 pm).
• Guests must be 19 years of age or older after 6:00 pm.
