1When and where can I use my Summer Play Pass?
You can use your Summer Play Pass July 4 through September 30. The pass is valid at both Brantford and Kitchener locations.
2If I bring family or friends who haven’t been to Players before, will they have to pay?
Not as long as the pass holder is present. Don’t forget you can bring different guests with you each visit!
3Does the passholder need to come for Summer Play Pass visits?
Yes, the passholder must be present at every visit and present valid photo id. The pass is non-transferrable. The passholder can bring up to 4 guests during each visit.
4How old do I need to be to purchase a Summer Play Pass?
Anyone 19+ can purchase a Summer Play Pass.
5Any age restrictions?
Anyone under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. All guests must be 19+ after 6pm.
6Can I use multiple bays during a Summer Play Pass?
The pass includes access to a single golf bay and/or both F1 simulators. Time is cumulative for the simulators used, up to 3 hours total.
7Can I make a reservation and use my Summer Play Pass?

8Is the Summer Play Pass refundable?
The Summer Play Pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
9Can I purchase a Summer Play Pass for someone else?
Absolutely! To purchase as a gift, purchase online above and enter the Passholders Information (who you want to gift it to) at checkout. The recipient must be 19+. Forward your confirmation email to the person you’re gifting the pass to and tell them to simply show it to our staff and present valid photo i.d the first time they visit. Our team will confirm the purchase and create their Summer Play Pass.

The Fine Print

Summer Play Passes are on sale starting July 4th, 2025. Summer Play Pass includes 3-hour game play sessions, up to 3 times per week. Summer Play Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Game play is for up to five (5) people in one (1) golf bay and/or F1 simulators. Time is cumulative for the simulators used. Holder of Summer Play Pass must present the pass and valid photo i.d each visit. Anyone under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. All guests must be 19+ after 6pm. Summer Play Pass Purchasers and their friends can enjoy 10% off food. Players reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion.
