Things to Know Before You Book

1What types of events can Players Indoor Golf and Sports Bar host?
We host a variety of events, including Corporate Team Building, Bachelor Parties, Birthday Celebrations, Christmas Parties, Retirement Events, and more.
2What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to provide a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to fees.
3What if I’m not sure about my final guest count?
It’s common for guest lists to change. You can easily update your headcount up to 48 hours before your event.
4Can I bring my own cake or desserts for my event?
Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, speak to our events host about any specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
5Is there free parking at your locations?
Yes, both our Brantford and Kitchener locations offer free parking for all our guests.
6What if I don't have golf clubs?
No clubs, no problem. Ask the event host about using our clubs.
