Flexible Scheduling
It can be tough to maintain a regular schedule with work and other commitments, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options for our indoor golf league members from Tuesdays to Thursdays during regular hours. Choose the day and time that works for you and enjoy your golf game without missing a swing!
Friendly Competition
Challenge yourself in a friendly yet competitive environment. Each round is an opportunity to improve your skills and test your mettle against fellow players. After each game, your scores are posted online as well as on scoreboards to keep the competitive juices flowing.

BASICS AND REGISTRATION
LEAGUE BASICS
- Length: 8 weeks
- Format: 18 holes per week (other leagues play 9 holes).
- Courses: We play a different PGA Tour – TPC Course each week.
- When: Play anytime, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- Flexibility: Players can play solo or in a group.
HOW IT WORKS?
- All players must book their own simulator time each week.
- Every player must have or create a Full Swing simulator account – it's easy.
- Sign in for the league each week through the simulator.
- Pay the entry fee at the front desk each week or online for the season – cheaper!
- Play with your friends, but all scores are tracked individually.
WEEKLY PLAY (PLAYERS' STEPS)
- Check in at the front desk before starting.
- Log in to Full Swing on the simulator with your Full Swing account.
- Select the Fall League weekly round in FS Compete.
- Play the assigned 18 holes (front or back, as chosen by admin).
- Scores post automatically to the FS Compete leaderboard.
- Confirm with staff that your score has been submitted before leaving.
FS COMPETE ADMIN & STAFF ROLES
League Admin (Organizer)
- Set up the 8-week league in FS Compete.
- Assign a different course + 18-hole side (front/back) for each week.
- Publish weekly course schedule before Monday.
- Manage leaderboard, verify scores, and update if technical issues occur.
- Handle disputes, substitutions, and missed week approvals.
Front Desk Staff
- Verify each player has registered and paid.
- Confirm that players log into their Full Swing account before starting.
- Remind players of the correct course + 9 holes for the week.
- Check the leaderboard after play to ensure scores posted correctly.
- If the score doesn’t post, record a screenshot or simulator log and notify admin.
Technical Support (If Needed)
- Run a test session at the start of the season to confirm FS Compete is working.
- Assist players with login issues or Full Swing account setup.
RULES
- Areas: League play is available in Kitchener only in Bay 3, Bay 4, and the VIP areas, while in Brantford it is available in Bay 1 and VIP areas.
- Play Window: Play anytime Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- Format: Each week is 18 holes of stroke play (lowest total strokes).
- Flexibility: Play solo or in groups.
- Each score is individual.
- Replays & Mulligans: No replays. Once a round is finished, that score stands.
- Mulligans are not allowed unless there’s a verified system glitch.
- Login Requirement: Players must log into their Full Swing account before starting.
- Forgetting to log in = no official score unless staff confirms.
- Missed Weeks: Missing a week = no score.
- No make-ups allowed after Thursdays at 8 PM.
- Score Posting: Scores must appear in FS Compete leaderboard.
- If missing, staff must verify proof (screenshot/log).
- Etiquette & Conduct: Respect staff, other players, and equipment.
- Abusive behavior or damage to equipment can result in disqualification.
- Disputes: Must be submitted within 24 hours of play.
- League admin has the final decision.
END OF SEASON
After 8 weeks, totals are calculated.
Prizes awarded for:
- Top Overall Player (lowest 8-week total) Gross and net scores
- Weekly Low Round Winners Gross and net scores
Winners announced and leaderboard posted both in-venue and in FS Compete.
